AI Twin
One-Day Workshop

Bring your real business data. Walk out with an AI system that truly knows you.

  • Not a talk. You build it yourself, on the day.
  • Build once, works on both ChatGPT and Claude.
  • No coding. You do everything by simply talking to the AI.

In one day, turn your know-how into
an asset you own

1 laptop, plus your real business problem, plus 1 day, equals 7 AI assets of your own
1 laptop
Your real business problem
1 day
10am to 6pm
7 AI assets of your own
installed on your computer

Learning the tools is just the process. The point is the asset.
An AI that doesn't know you is just a tool. One that knows you is an asset.

Why do AI answers feel
“too generic”?

A frustrated person next to a generic robot saying: I am a helpful assistant

Regular AI: a rented tool

  • Memory: Works while it's open, forgets once you close it.
  • How it sees you: A stranger. You explain yourself every time.
  • Output: Same answer, no matter who asks.
A glowing laptop saying: let's fix the pricing problem from earlier

Your AI twin: your asset

  • Memory: Remembers your business and your rules.
  • How it sees you: Knows you better the more you use it.
  • Output: Fits your real situation, and can even do the work for you.

Same AI. The difference is whether it knows you.

Who is this for?

A business owner with six arms, holding a phone, documents and a clock at once

Business owners and one-person companies

Hand off the repetitive work.
Get your time back for the decisions that matter.

A consultant carrying a box full of documents

Consultants, right-hand staff, content creators

A work partner that remembers all the background.
No more scattered information.

A frustrated person facing a confused robot

Heavy ChatGPT users

Tired of generic answers.
Tired of explaining who you are every single time.

Not a fit if you: only want to pick up a few tool tricks; expect to build it once and never touch it again; can't bring a laptop on the day.

Taken an AI course, but still not using it?

“I've taken AI courses. I still don't use it.”

Because you learned to operate a tool, not to grow an assistant that remembers you. Switch tools and you start over. An AI twin that knows you stays, whatever tool you use.

“I'm not an engineer. I can't learn this.”

No coding all day. Every instruction is just you talking to the AI. The trainer and assistants walk you through it, and when you get stuck, you let the AI fix it.

“I have to explain who I am every single time.”

Once memory is set up, you can close it, reopen it, and it still remembers what you told it at lunch. The whole class sees this happen live.

Live comparison: “Help me design a membership programme”

AI with no setup

Gives you answers copied from the internet. Stamp cards, birthday discounts, top-up bonuses. Exactly what the shop next door does.

AI that knows you

Asks you first: how often your regulars come each month, how much they spend per visit, what you least want to do. Then gives a solution that fits your situation, and reminds you of the rule you mentioned last time.

AI can't make decisions for you. Only you can.
Its job is to ask deep enough questions to make you say what you really think.

The system, and how the day runs

Every session ends with something you take home.

Morning (10am to 12:30pm): build the brain

Build the AI's “brain” so it starts to know you and remember you.

Afternoon (1:30pm to 6pm): give it hands

Give the brain hands. Four hands-on drills with your real cases, so it starts doing work for you.

Anatomy of your AI twin: morning session gives it an identity, lunch creates the evolution loop, afternoon session gives it the ability to act

Morning (1): extract your data, lay the foundation

From 10am
The problem
The AI doesn't know you at all.
The fix: an interview-style conversation
One question at a time, it draws out your strengths, how you make decisions, where your business stands and your rules. You answer; the AI records everything.
Live comparison
Type “Help me design a membership programme.” AI with no setup gives you internet answers. AI that knows you gives a solution that fits.
Output 1: an AI brain that's starting to understand you.
A person speaking into a microphone; strengths, decisions and rules flow into a funnel and come out as a glowing brain

Morning (2): a memory that keeps growing

Before lunch
The problem
It forgets once you're done. Nothing you say sticks.
The fix: add a learning loop
Say “remember this” and it saves your preference into your knowledge base.
The whole class sees it live (the lunch test)
Just before lunch, tell it about something that's bugging you. At 1:30pm, close it, reopen it and ask again. It still remembers what you said before lunch.
Output 2: a memory system you've tested yourself.
The lunch test timeline: before lunch you ask it to remember your pricing problem, close the laptop, have lunch, and at 1:30pm it says let's fix the pricing problem from earlier

Afternoon (1): connect a second brain

From 1:30pm
The problem
Chatting isn't enough. The AI has to be able to read your files.
The fix: a knowledge base on your own computer (Obsidian)
Obsidian, a free note-taking app, becomes the base. Before answering, the AI must check the material you've saved.
Hands-on
Feed in your first file (a report, a menu or a video) and watch your knowledge graph grow its first node.
Output 3: a connected personal knowledge base, with your own data on the graph.
A brain plugged into a node of a knowledge graph

Drill 1: capture and analyse information

Afternoon
The problem
You've saved piles of videos and articles. If you never watch them, you might as well not have saved them.
The fix: a filter built around you
Drop in a YouTube video you've been meaning to watch. The AI pulls the subtitles and sums up the key points. The key part: it looks at the video through your background and tells you what it means for the work you're doing.
What happens in class
Same video, different people in the room, completely different analysis.
Output 4: your first knowledge file, distilled from a video.
A video drops into a funnel labelled avatar filter and comes out as an insight document

Drill 2: package repetitive work into a Skill

Afternoon
The problem
The things you repeat every week take up most of your time.
The fix
This isn't engineers writing code. Pick an annoying weekly task (replying to customers, sorting messages, staff rosters, supplier emails), explain to the AI how you do it, and package it on the spot.
Hands-on
Build your own Skill and run it right away to see the result. From then on it's one click, no starting from scratch.
Output 5: a Skill of your own, and its first result.
A tangle of weekly repetitive tasks (emails, schedules, vendor replies) turns into a box labelled SKILL

Drill 3: build your own advisory board

Afternoon
The problem
When you decide alone, it's easy to miss things.
The fix: borrow the thinking of 15 world-class experts
Their books, courses and interviews, distilled into thinking frameworks inside your AI system. Say “Look at my pricing the way Hormozi would” and it switches perspective instantly.
Hands-on
Bring a real problem (pricing, expansion, slow-moving stock) and have four advisors each take a turn. Four viewpoints side by side quickly show the blind spots you missed.
Output 6: an advisory-board analysis of your real problem.
Your advisory board: Hormozi on pricing, Voss on negotiation and Cialdini on persuasion shine a light on your tangled problem

Drill 4: redesign a workflow

Wrap-up
The problem
Processes drag because a person does every single step.
The fix: split the work again
Write down what took the most time this week and break it into steps. For each step, ask: “Do I really have to do this myself?”
When something breaks (still no coding)
What if it goes wrong halfway? You don't need the technical details. Paste the error message back to the AI and ask it to fix it. That's the best part of AI.
Output 7: a redesigned workflow you can run this week.
Scissors cut a long black bar, the old workflow, down to a short yellow one

At the end of the day, you walk out with 7 real assets

An AI brain that knows you
A memory system you've tested
A personal knowledge base, set up
Knowledge files from videos
Your own packaged Skill
Advisory-board analysis of a real problem
A redesigned workflow
All of it stays on your computer

The end of the class isn't the finish line. It's the first day your system starts to grow.

When people talk about AI, they talk about skills and handing out tasks.

Nobody talks about the two layers underneath: a foundation that spells out who you are, and a memory that keeps growing.

Those two layers don't come with a tool name. Someone has to sit beside you, ask you one question at a time, and build it with you once.

That's what this day is for.

Simon Wu

Your guide: not theory, but a system used every day

Trainer: Simon Wu (founder of Mr. Wu Restaurant Group)

Background: 15 years of hands-on business experience, has led teams of 200+ people and coached 100+ business owners.

The idea: the full system you see in class is the one he uses every day.

Back when everyone was going crazy over AI, all I knew was ChatGPT and writing articles. I'm not an engineer. Every tutorial was a black terminal screen full of gibberish, and I thought about giving up.

What hooked me was one thing: it could remember me, keep building up, and never start from zero again.

The moment it went from “a tool” to “mine” was when I fed in my strengths and the blind spots I have when making decisions. It became my advisor.

This class clears the walls I ran into out of your way, so you can build yours in one day.

Invest your time in building an asset, not renting a tool.

First cohort, 30 July: 15 business owners built theirs

“I used to think you just throw things at AI and it produces the answer. After the class I realised that if what I give it is incomplete, what it gives me is incomplete too. Now I know exactly how to use it to get the answers I want.”

“The WOW moment was installing a skill that solves my design problem. A poster used to take a week of back-and-forth. Now it's fast, with fewer mistakes. The first thing I'll do back at work is teach my staff to make ad visuals with it.”

“I didn't know you could have advisors like this: turn the person you most want to learn from into a consultant for your business, let them understand your situation, then tell you what matters most right now.”

Not technical at all? No problem.

What it takes: no coding all day. Every instruction is given by simply talking to the AI. The trainer and assistants walk you through it, and when you get stuck, you let the AI fix it.

All you need to bring:

  • A laptop (the pre-class guide walks you through installing the software step by step; Mac or Windows both work)
  • A video you've been meaning to finish
  • One task you repeat every week
  • One decision you're stuck on

All practice uses your real cases, not made-up examples.

FAQ

What language is the class taught in?
Mandarin. Simon teaches the class himself, in Mandarin. When you work with the AI, you can talk to it in English or Chinese, whichever you prefer.
I'm not good with computers. Can I still join?
Yes. There's no coding all day; every instruction is just you talking to the AI. The trainer and assistants are there with you. If you get stuck, we look at it together, or simply let the AI fix it. If you can type and copy-paste, you're good.
What should I bring? Do I need to install anything first?
Bring a laptop (Mac or Windows), a video you've been meaning to finish, one task you repeat every week and one decision you're stuck on. Once your registration is confirmed, the pre-class guide walks you through installing the software step by step, so you can start as soon as you switch on.
Do I pay for the AI subscription separately?
Yes. The class uses your own account: either ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro, about USD 20 (around RM90) a month. The pre-class guide shows you how to sign up. That way, the whole system keeps running in your own account after you go home.
Is there support after the class?
Yes. For one year: a monthly Coaching Night (whole group, with Simon helping you get unstuck), a student group chat and a 30-day implementation roadmap. Stuck at home? Drop it in the group and we'll work it out together.
What if I can't make it on the day? Can I get a refund?
There's a session every month. Tell us at least 7 days before the class and you can move to next month's session once, free of charge. If you can't come within 7 days of the class, there's no refund, but you can transfer your seat to a friend. If you finish the day without a working AI twin, you get a full refund.
Where is the class?
M5 Coffee TTDI.
39, Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad 3, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur.
Open in Google Maps
How is this different from other AI courses?
Most AI courses teach you to operate tools. This day helps you own an AI twin that remembers you. Tools keep changing; an AI twin that knows you doesn't, and it gets better the more you use it.

Invest your time in building an asset,
not renting a tool.
